Yes you have right, maximum speed is 190 km / h,but the car can 200 km/h.Problem is if you driving with maximim speed without this oil cooler ,you can damaged your engine.I just checked Ukraine model is without oil cooler(motor circuit).All this question are beacuse I have Ukraine model Ultimate.I must upgrade my car with this cooler to prevent damage on motor.

p.s Ukraine Outlander driver be carefull not maximum speed more then 15 min with you car.
