Torque Pro и ELM 327
Torque Pro (OBD2/автомобиль) - программа для Android, умеет получать информацию по интерфейсу OBD-II (отображать температуру вариатора, и многое другое!!!)

В связи с невозможностью точно определить по версии адаптера пригодность его использования для нашего авто предлагаются следующие советы:
1. Выбирать продавца адаптера, обепечивающего возможность проверки и обмена адаптера, если он не поддерживает работу с дополнительными PID-ми для нашего авто;
2. Перед покупкой поставить на мобильное устройство программу Torque и настроить ее для работы с дополнительными PID-ми из наборов ниже
(проще использовать более новые версии Torque и набор PID-ов, не требующих создания отдельного профиля и команды инициализации);
3. При покупке адаптера проверить его работоспособность непосредственно на авто по легко контролируемым дополнительным PID-ам
(например Odometr и Мileage из блока парметров для AWC, которые должны совпадать с показаниями на приборной панели)

Первоначальная настройка Torque Pro и ELM 327 для Outlander CVT

Первая пошаговая настройка Torque Pro и ELM 327
на Outlander CVT (для ленивых)
1. Скачиваем и устанавливаем программу Torque на андроид-устройство (смартфон, планшет или др.):
Torque_1.8.49_mod_RU_UA_masterlist.apk ( 5,69 МБ )
2. Скачиваем в архиве папку extendedpids с файлом OUT3.csv (или создаем сами в блокноте, сохранив в формате .csv):
extendedpids. RAR
3. Находим в корневом каталоге (андроид-устройства) папку .torque и в эту папку копируем скаченную папку extendedpids (с файлом OUT3.csv),
(подтверждаем слияние если там такая папка уже была).



4. Подключаем блютут адаптер ELM 327 в диагностический разъем.
5. Настраиваем на андроид-устройстве в беспроводных сетях сопряжение с адаптером: обнаружение и ввод пароля (часто 1234)
6. Запускаем программу Torque и настраиваем



7. Профиль.
Для подключения важно указать Bluetooth адаптер и OBD протокол. (Остальное на подключение не влияет).



8. Настройки Torque.



Первоначально достаточно проставить галочки в разделах:
"Основные настройки".
"Настройки адаптера OBD".
"Панель приборов".







В разделе "Управление дополнительными PID Датчиками":
выбрать "Добавить набор" и из списка выбрать "OUT3", появится набор датчиков.









Почти настроили, выходим в главное меню Torque и кликаем "Панель приборов".
9. "Панель приборов". По умолчанию там уже стоят датчики в 4-ех окнах. Можно их все снести, имхо. Одно окно ещё можно пока оставить с распространненными датчиками, для тренировки.



Лучше добавить больше интересующих датчиков, чем иметь лишний балласт для обмена.
Как добавить датчик на панель, думаю по картинкам всё понятно. Вид, размер, датчик.











Почти всё готово. Осталось включить зажигание. Заводить не обязательно.
10. Из главного меню Torque заглядываем в "Состояние адаптера", если все нормально то видим галочки все зелёными:

сбросить ошибки и деградацию


В ответ на многочисленные пожелания одноклубников, кроме программы Torque, появилась еще программа для работы с нашим авто через адаптер ELM327. Спасибо cintakc!

Программа CVToilReset позволяет посмотреть и сбросить ошибки CVT и сбросить деградацию масла
Работет на Андроиде 4 и 5 версий. Кроме архива с программой, приложено небольшое демо по ее применению.
Программа пишет небольшой лог в папку CVToilReset_Logs, при появлении вопросов по работе программы,
желательно прикладывать этот лог для анализа ситуации.
Обновление программы (версия 1.0.0.3):
- Добавлена поддержка Андроид версий 6 и 7
- Добавлены параметры из блока ECU CVT: количество запусков двигателя и время наработки в моточасах (оценочное)
Обновление программы (версия 1.0.0.4):
- Добавлена поддержка WiFi версий адаптера

автомобиль стоит и конуса не вращаются, можно ещё на тормоз нажать, тут понятно. Вот что там в ГТ интересно.

Да разовые поездки в течении дня примерно по 5-7 км. (все рядом). Выходные - дача - 30-40 км. Но основной пробег это все равно трасса.
А радиатора у меня нет. Вот хочу доехать как нибудь до них поговорить.

Максимальное приращение момента В ГДТ будет при максимальной же разнице частот вращения насосного и турбинного колес. Эту ситуацию эмулирует stall test. В реальной эксплуатации такое можно получить при ограниченных условиях. Это или старт в две педали, или разгон в тяжелых условиях (по грязи, в гору), когда передаточное отношение варика максимально (грубо 1я передача), а двигатель работает в зоне максимального момента (около 4000об/мин) и ГДТ, естественно НЕ заблокирован.
На драйве на холостом проскальзывание равно частоте вращения коленвала.

А вы на трассе посмотрите температуру и скорость. Любопытно. Желательно больше получаса поездка и знать сколько пассажиров.

(Номинальное значение, Обороты стопптеста: 2,400-2900 об/мин)
но опять же около, и из графика, что совсем не точно. Да и сам тест ГТ - это не "наш" метод.

Но основной пробег это все равно трасса.
А вы на трассе посмотрите температуру и скорость. Любопытно. Желательно больше получаса поездка и знать сколько пассажиров.

История простая. Гидротрансформатор имеет кпд от 0 до 85%. Не важно какой. И не важно насколько точны эти цифры. Если представить что он эти 15% отнимает в нагрев от двигателя мысленно - получим мощную печку. ГТ основной источник нагрева всего механизма. Теперь мы знаем что выше 37 км/ч происходит блокировка ГТ чтоб 15 % и в тепло не тратилось, да и вообще не тратилось. А вот в зоне от 0 до 85% - там только в тепло. Здесь и интересна точка когда кпд=0%. С точки зрения графика кпд - вся передаваемая мощность идёт в нагрев. Вот и два вопроса возникают: есть некий мизер нагрева при оборотах ХХ каков он, и как реализовано чтоб нагрев был мизерным в точке где кпд=0%.

Передаваемый крутящий момент, при оборотах, отражает мощность.

Записал "CVT Input Torque", действительно:
при отпущ. тормозе. в P (-7-11), в D (4) авто проехало вперед, в R (5) проехало назад, на газ не нажимал;
при нажатом тормозе в в P (-11), в D (-5), в (R -4).
в P (-7-11) - минус, крутящий момент в другую сторону направлен. Любопытно, верные ли это данные и что они показывают. Крутящий момент к турбине, которая не передает потому как ни один фрикцион не подключен (D или R)?

Здесь отрезок, в движении:

Точка, когда на тормоз нажали, 55 сек, "CVT Input Torque" в минусе 22. Похоже это момент тормоза (тормозного усилия), потому что скольжение в минус ушло это 58 сек. Передаточное отношение увеличилось к 60 сек. А усиление ГТ ещё позже, когда момент в плюсе стал.
Получается на 55 сек "CVT Input Torque" демонстрировал тормозные усилия через крутящий момент?

Все же не хватает оборотов шкивов вариатора для полной картины

В общем виде характеристика КПД одноступенчатого гидротрансформатора с муфтой свободного хода выглядит так:

По оси абсцисс-передаточное отношение, оно же отношение частот вращения турбинного колеса к насосному.
Голубой участок графика-работа гидротрансформатора в режиме гидромуфты после того как реактор начал вращаться.

при пробеге 10 000км деградация масла показывается через эльм и торк 4800, это нормально? думал деградация будет что то около пробега....

По температуре, на улице +22, при стоянии 10мин с заведенным двиглом темп. варика +85, далее 7км на скорости 100км/ч температура упала до +75 (охлаждение установлено)

Для пробега без радиатора, в принципе, нормально. А когда Вы установили радиатор?

Это с момента запуска двигвтеля, или после поездки? Если с момента запуска, то как-то быстро нагрелось. Кондиционер не включали?

Сегодня специально замерил при +25 варик после заводки за 10 мин нагрелся до 39 град.

Yuriy_SPb, машине почти год, охлаждение поставлено чуть меньше месяца назад.

Темпер показывала когда 30-40 км проехал, перерыв 15 минут далее 10 минут на холостых

Тогда вполне нормально, при отсутствии обдува, температура вариатора приближается к температуре ОЖ двигателя.

Вот как раз этот график мы и рассматриваем, в точке 0, и пытаемся понять параметр "CVT Input Torque".

Включил запись, трогаться надо было назад, была помеха, пришлось пропустить вначале, не думал что это так усложнит картину "CVT Input Torque" на графике.
Но видно все же что в 80 сек появляется (движение) скорость и обороты ведущего шкива. Немного изменяется передаточное отношение вариатора. И начинает уменьшаться усиление ГТ. На 77 сек усиление чуть увеличивается, и крутящий момент увеличен до 35, как и обороты движка до 1620. На 78 сек момент (36) повторяет всплеск оборотов (1680).

Момент появляется до движения. (Это понятно, преодолевает силы "сопротивления")
с 91 по 105 сек - уменьшается усиление ГТ (работает ГТ),
с 102 по 128 сек - уменьшается передаточное отношение вариатора.

Понять бы участок 110-113 сек. Момент вниз. Вроде верно, педаль отпущена, среагировало, и скорость упала, и передаточное отношение менялось.

130-140 сек, участок намного загадочнее. Момент вниз резко. Педаль отпущена была чуть позже. Скорость без "скачков" продолжается. Ничего больше не меняется. Скольжение загадочно около нуля, при скорости 28-26. Что за особый случай, пока вопрос.


Любопытны на графике "CVT Input Torque" эти точки:
58(-10), 59(+10)
71(+7), 72(-7)
109(+9), 110(-8)
113(-7), 114(+6)
129(+7), 130(-7)
140(-7), 141(+7)
Знак меняется а значение почти остаётся.
