Hi,
This is android system and not those last system of the reset of wince system.
you can press the reset button on the front of the dvd .
or if still fail , you can remove the power from the battery b+ power from , to totally of the dvd and on again , remove power completely from the battery car .

Hi,
As i told you , this is android system and not wince system , if you any how touch and remove the sdcard,usd and iPhone like the htc, samsung galaxy very often , also may have problem.
one install, please not try to unplug those device unless power off , in order to save all this unwanted issues .
as the software is quite new on the car dvd . it will be stable after soon and now only.

only send software will able to solve those issues.
