Спасибо коллеге "raindei" (пост#4613), записал диск по рекомендации в посте, все получилось с первого раза (DVD в движении). полностью поддерживаю мнение коллеги: перенесите информацию по записи файлов на болванку в голову темы:
The file system must be set to "ISO9660 Level 1 or 2, excluding extended formats."
You may enter a volume label of your choice.
The session must be closed.
Multiple session and packet writing are not supported.
DVD media cannot be used.
Some CD media cannot be used due to the quality of the media.
Do not change the file names or extensions of the downloaded files.
