Ошибка P0441 появляется при отсутствии необходимого давления −1.96 kPa в баке в рабочем режиме после 20 сек после открытия purge клапана. Компьютер контролирует заклинивающие purge и ventilation клапаны.
ON duty cycle of EVAP emission purge solenoid is 0 percent. 20 seconds have elapsed from the time the duty cycle for EVAP emission purge solenoid has turned to 0 percent. Code will set when pressure in fuel tank is 0.29 psi (-2 kPa) or less.
Probable Causes
EVAP emission purge solenoid failed.
EVAP emission ventilation solenoid failed.
Choked or clogged hose between EVAP canister and EVAP emission ventilation solenoid.
Test Procedure
1 Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, read DTCs. If DTC P0451, P0452 or P0453 are output, refer to DTC P0451, DTC P0452 &/OR DTC P0453 for test procedure.
2 Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, select actuator test item No. 73 (fuel tank differential pressure sensor). The pressure reading indicated should be between -1.5-1.5 kPa. If the reading is as specified, go to next step. If reading is not as specified, refer to DTC P0451, DTC P0452 &/OR DTC P0453 for test procedure.
3 Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, select actuator test item No. 8 (purge solenoid) and turn on (open) purge solenoid. When actuated, purge solenoid should make operating sound and vibrate. If purge solenoid does not operate as specified, replace EVAP emission purge solenoid and go to step 5 . If purge solenoid operates as specified, go to next step.
4 Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, select actuator test item No. 29 (ventilation solenoid) and turn on (open) ventilation solenoid. When actuated, purge solenoid should make operating sound and vibrate. If ventilation solenoid does not operate as specified, replace EVAP emission ventilation solenoid and air filter. Go to next step. If ventilation solenoid operates as specified, go to next step.
5 Test drive vehicle following OBD-II drive cycle EVAP system leak monitor pattern. See EVAP SYSTEM LEAK MONITOR under OBD-II DRIVE CYCLES under VERIFYING REPAIRS. Check for DTCs. If DTC P0441 is output, retry diagnostic procedure. If DTC P0441 is not output, inspection is complete.
