Получил ответ от производителя переходника по поводу "фейдинга".:

I have checked with our technic, and according to them the original
function of the car amplifier of Outlander only allows 2ch input.
So the new deck might have 4 ch output but only 2ch input is allowed to
connect to the car amplifier side. So the feder function is not possible
to use in Outlander.
If you would really like to use the fader, it might be possible by
cutting and rewiring the wires, but according to our technician, it can
cause trouble because of different resistance value requires to the
original car amplifier of Outlander.
