Torque Pro и ELM 327
Torque Pro (OBD2/автомобиль) - программа для Android, умеет получать информацию по интерфейсу OBD-II (отображать температуру вариатора, и многое другое!!!)

В связи с невозможностью точно определить по версии адаптера пригодность его использования для нашего авто предлагаются следующие советы:
1. Выбирать продавца адаптера, обепечивающего возможность проверки и обмена адаптера, если он не поддерживает работу с дополнительными PID-ми для нашего авто;
2. Перед покупкой поставить на мобильное устройство программу Torque и настроить ее для работы с дополнительными PID-ми из наборов ниже
(проще использовать более новые версии Torque и набор PID-ов, не требующих создания отдельного профиля и команды инициализации);
3. При покупке адаптера проверить его работоспособность непосредственно на авто по легко контролируемым дополнительным PID-ам
(например Odometr и Мileage из блока парметров для AWC, которые должны совпадать с показаниями на приборной панели)

Первоначальная настройка Torque Pro и ELM 327 для Outlander CVT

Первая пошаговая настройка Torque Pro и ELM 327
на Outlander CVT (для ленивых)
1. Скачиваем и устанавливаем программу Torque на андроид-устройство (смартфон, планшет или др.):
Torque_1.8.49_mod_RU_UA_masterlist.apk ( 5,69 МБ )
2. Скачиваем в архиве папку extendedpids с файлом OUT3.csv (или создаем сами в блокноте, сохранив в формате .csv):
extendedpids. RAR
3. Находим в корневом каталоге (андроид-устройства) папку .torque и в эту папку копируем скаченную папку extendedpids (с файлом OUT3.csv),
(подтверждаем слияние если там такая папка уже была).



4. Подключаем блютут адаптер ELM 327 в диагностический разъем.
5. Настраиваем на андроид-устройстве в беспроводных сетях сопряжение с адаптером: обнаружение и ввод пароля (часто 1234)
6. Запускаем программу Torque и настраиваем



7. Профиль.
Для подключения важно указать Bluetooth адаптер и OBD протокол. (Остальное на подключение не влияет).



8. Настройки Torque.



Первоначально достаточно проставить галочки в разделах:
"Основные настройки".
"Настройки адаптера OBD".
"Панель приборов".







В разделе "Управление дополнительными PID Датчиками":
выбрать "Добавить набор" и из списка выбрать "OUT3", появится набор датчиков.









Почти настроили, выходим в главное меню Torque и кликаем "Панель приборов".
9. "Панель приборов". По умолчанию там уже стоят датчики в 4-ех окнах. Можно их все снести, имхо. Одно окно ещё можно пока оставить с распространненными датчиками, для тренировки.



Лучше добавить больше интересующих датчиков, чем иметь лишний балласт для обмена.
Как добавить датчик на панель, думаю по картинкам всё понятно. Вид, размер, датчик.











Почти всё готово. Осталось включить зажигание. Заводить не обязательно.
10. Из главного меню Torque заглядываем в "Состояние адаптера", если все нормально то видим галочки все зелёными:

сбросить ошибки и деградацию


В ответ на многочисленные пожелания одноклубников, кроме программы Torque, появилась еще программа для работы с нашим авто через адаптер ELM327. Спасибо cintakc!

Программа CVToilReset позволяет посмотреть и сбросить ошибки CVT и сбросить деградацию масла
Работет на Андроиде 4 и 5 версий. Кроме архива с программой, приложено небольшое демо по ее применению.
Программа пишет небольшой лог в папку CVToilReset_Logs, при появлении вопросов по работе программы,
желательно прикладывать этот лог для анализа ситуации.
Обновление программы (версия 1.0.0.3):
- Добавлена поддержка Андроид версий 6 и 7
- Добавлены параметры из блока ECU CVT: количество запусков двигателя и время наработки в моточасах (оценочное)
Обновление программы (версия 1.0.0.4):
- Добавлена поддержка WiFi версий адаптера

Из замечаний - в топку чибиос и дискавери с убогим Cortex-M, когда есть Orange Pi Zero (мозг - Cortex-A7 x4) за 500 руб. (с wi-fi, 512 МБ ОЗУ и линухом на выбор), к которой цепляется экран на ILI9341, на котором можно выводить графику через SDL. через ту же SDL можно запустить звук (это если фантазия подскажет).

Плата 48х46 мм - это "планшет"? (против того, что указали Вы 72 x 85 мм) )) (Для примера на вложенной картинке - opizero + экран, с софтиной показа погоды с openweathermap)
Да можно вообще дисплей выкинуть, поднимаем точку доступа, lighttpd (ну или nginx, apache - по вкусу) и видим данные мониторинга в браузере на экране смартфона
Корпуса, которые Вы предлагаете для примера выглядят колхозно, по-моему )) А без дисплея - засунуть под торпеду и глаза не мозолит, хоть в термоусадку закатай.
И можно поинтересоваться - зачем Вам именно RTOS? Под линух программить гораздо проще, уж поверьте
Ссылка про ЭБУ - так тот проект вроде как уж пару лет разрабатывается (можете посмотреть ветку на форуме electronix.ru), если Вас такие сроки устраивают - ну что же, каждому своё...

Нужно понять сперва логику. "Показалось", что при разгоне литры уменьшаются, при накате и торможении увеличиваются. Обе картинки сделаны после поездок на стоящем, работающем авто. Если это данные с поплавка, то пусть так и остаются: приехал на заправку, остановился, посмотрел остаток и стало ясно сколько залить. Если это какие-то расчетные цифры, далекие от реальности, тады ой.

И как все же в реальном времени смотреть передачу коробки? Уж больно тормозит

когда при торможении у вас показания уровня топлива увеличиваются и наоборот, просто значит у вас датчик уровня топлива в баке ближе к передней части бака расположен
попробуйте прибор передачи расположить на отдельном экране

@cintakc, расположил передачу на отдельном экране. Заморгал зеленым часто-чачто. Но при переключении успеваю досчитать до четырех (неспешно). На общем экране успеваю досчитать до пяти.

Про поплавок так и подумал. Это устраивает. Главное, чтобы это был реально поплавок, понаблюдаю

значит такая логика у коробки, сигнал о переключении выдает с задержкой, пока подтвердятся все данные, что переключение завершено
или попробуйте вообще по удалять все приборы со всех экранов, оставьте только один, если также медленно будет переключаться, то значит такая логика у коробки
еще попробуйте в настройках адаптера поставить птичку "скрыть не поддерживаемые датчики" и птичку "быстрый обмен"

@cintakc, ну, т.е в пидах нигде периодичность опроса не прописывается? Тогда понятно. Просто тахометр довольно оперативно реагирует на обороты, вот и подумалось...

как я понял, скорость обмена задается протоколом, Торк+железо постоянно запрашивают данные по списку, в итоге на скорость влияет железо и список.
Имхо. Можно попробовать все загруженные датчики удалить (весь набор или список в разделе "Управление дополнительными PID Датчиками") и загрузить только один, и его вывести на экран, остальное убрать со всех экранов. И проверить.

Это из нашего набора или встроенный в Торке? Если наш, то это данные с поплавка, то же, что и на панели, и
галки в настройках к нему отношения не имеют.

Какие задержки по времени? У меня очень шустро все показывает.
Не пробовали в статусе адаптера глянуть данные по скорости обмена (запросов в сек)?
В зависимости от используемого устройства разница может быть на порядок.
А на панели у Вас нет номера передачи?

Общее количество датчиков в наборе не влияет (как правило), опрашиваются только
активные (те что на экране и/или в списке для лога, если включен лог)

Так и задача куда сложнее. Ссылку привел как пример того что контроллер с ней справляется. В предложенном мной варианте задачка куда проще.
Апельсину по началу тоже рассматривал в качестве альтернативы минусы для меня
- в разы дольше грузится (холодный старт)
- греется, даже с установленным радиатором (палец обжег)

Ну скажем так, я слегка промахнулся, тому проекту уже более 5 лет.

Скорость загрузки: от подключения питания до появления приглашения залогиниться на экране - 59 секунд. Да, может кому-то очень долго.

А греется - ну я, к примеру, не планирую на радиаторе палец всё время держать

Для меня плюсом, что в линухе уже есть поддержка CAN, а отлаживать софт можно на ноутбуке.

Короче говоря, удачи в Вашем начинании!
