Torque Pro и ELM 327
Torque Pro (OBD2/автомобиль) - программа для Android, умеет получать информацию по интерфейсу OBD-II (отображать температуру вариатора, и многое другое!!!)

В связи с невозможностью точно определить по версии адаптера пригодность его использования для нашего авто предлагаются следующие советы:
1. Выбирать продавца адаптера, обепечивающего возможность проверки и обмена адаптера, если он не поддерживает работу с дополнительными PID-ми для нашего авто;
2. Перед покупкой поставить на мобильное устройство программу Torque и настроить ее для работы с дополнительными PID-ми из наборов ниже
(проще использовать более новые версии Torque и набор PID-ов, не требующих создания отдельного профиля и команды инициализации);
3. При покупке адаптера проверить его работоспособность непосредственно на авто по легко контролируемым дополнительным PID-ам
(например Odometr и Мileage из блока парметров для AWC, которые должны совпадать с показаниями на приборной панели)

Первоначальная настройка Torque Pro и ELM 327 для Outlander CVT

Первая пошаговая настройка Torque Pro и ELM 327
на Outlander CVT (для ленивых)
1. Скачиваем и устанавливаем программу Torque на андроид-устройство (смартфон, планшет или др.):
Torque_1.8.49_mod_RU_UA_masterlist.apk ( 5,69 МБ )
2. Скачиваем в архиве папку extendedpids с файлом OUT3.csv (или создаем сами в блокноте, сохранив в формате .csv):
extendedpids. RAR
3. Находим в корневом каталоге (андроид-устройства) папку .torque и в эту папку копируем скаченную папку extendedpids (с файлом OUT3.csv),
(подтверждаем слияние если там такая папка уже была).



4. Подключаем блютут адаптер ELM 327 в диагностический разъем.
5. Настраиваем на андроид-устройстве в беспроводных сетях сопряжение с адаптером: обнаружение и ввод пароля (часто 1234)
6. Запускаем программу Torque и настраиваем



7. Профиль.
Для подключения важно указать Bluetooth адаптер и OBD протокол. (Остальное на подключение не влияет).



8. Настройки Torque.



Первоначально достаточно проставить галочки в разделах:
"Основные настройки".
"Настройки адаптера OBD".
"Панель приборов".







В разделе "Управление дополнительными PID Датчиками":
выбрать "Добавить набор" и из списка выбрать "OUT3", появится набор датчиков.









Почти настроили, выходим в главное меню Torque и кликаем "Панель приборов".
9. "Панель приборов". По умолчанию там уже стоят датчики в 4-ех окнах. Можно их все снести, имхо. Одно окно ещё можно пока оставить с распространненными датчиками, для тренировки.



Лучше добавить больше интересующих датчиков, чем иметь лишний балласт для обмена.
Как добавить датчик на панель, думаю по картинкам всё понятно. Вид, размер, датчик.











Почти всё готово. Осталось включить зажигание. Заводить не обязательно.
10. Из главного меню Torque заглядываем в "Состояние адаптера", если все нормально то видим галочки все зелёными:

сбросить ошибки и деградацию


В ответ на многочисленные пожелания одноклубников, кроме программы Torque, появилась еще программа для работы с нашим авто через адаптер ELM327. Спасибо cintakc!

Программа CVToilReset позволяет посмотреть и сбросить ошибки CVT и сбросить деградацию масла
Работет на Андроиде 4 и 5 версий. Кроме архива с программой, приложено небольшое демо по ее применению.
Программа пишет небольшой лог в папку CVToilReset_Logs, при появлении вопросов по работе программы,
желательно прикладывать этот лог для анализа ситуации.
Обновление программы (версия 1.0.0.3):
- Добавлена поддержка Андроид версий 6 и 7
- Добавлены параметры из блока ECU CVT: количество запусков двигателя и время наработки в моточасах (оценочное)
Обновление программы (версия 1.0.0.4):
- Добавлена поддержка WiFi версий адаптера

Начинаем разбираться с крутящим моментом.

Для начала небольшой ликбез (вдруг кто не знает).

Крутящий момент - это параметр силы. И его значение зависит не только от мощности, но и от того, что сопротивляется этой мощности.

К примеру, я сильный мужик. И могу поднять книгу, приложив силу 30Н и мешок цемента, приложив 500Н. А в пределе могу тянуть гранитную глыбу с силой 1200Н, но так и не сдвинуть ее с места, т. к. для этого нужно 10000Н, которых моя мускулатура развить не может.

Как только я опустил мешок с цементом на землю (даже еще держась за него руками) сила становится равна нулю.

Соответственно, крутящий момент у ненагруженного двигателя равен нулю.

Крутящий момент у буксующего колеса равен нулю (вот на этом обычно "сыпятся" многие).

Теперь нужно разобраться с определениями:

(Out3) CVT Eng. Torque - крутящий момент коленвала двигателя

(Out3) CVT Eng.Torque Corr. - "скорректированный" гидротрансформатором крутящий момент. Т. е. по сути это крутящий момент первичного вала (только случае прямой передачи). Вот в этом утверждении я не уверен

(Out3) CVT Input Torque - входящий со стороны колес крутящий момент (чего? вторичного вала? дифференциала?)

(Out3) CVT Torque Ratio - ну тут явно отношение одного момента к другому (какого к какому?)

что кто думает по поводу этих определений?

Да, интересно разобраться с крутящими моментами,
CVT Eng. Torque
CVT Eng.Torque Corr
CVT Input Torque
Имхо. Когда появилась возможность сканировать параметры, и количество их стало расти, времени не хватало уже уточнять все. Но крутящий момент конечно по любому интересен, не знаю как мозги там его высчитывают, но CVT Input Torque у меня на экране с тех пор. И когда давишь на тапку, особенно в гору, неплохо информирует цифрой. Буквально чуть при отпускаешь тапку, и цифра меньше, хотя скорость не снижал. По крайней мере не так существенно падает скорость, или ускорение, как существенно меньше цифра.
Немного графиков есть в теме, но я вижу там все цифры для крутящего момента - без коэффициента. То есть множитель 6.4 отсутствует. Качественная картинка верная, количественная нет.

Вот исходя из этого, CVT Input Torque больше похоже на крутящий момент с другой стороны варика - со стороны колес. Вот только где? На вторичном валу? На валу дифференциала?

Вот тут тоже спорный момент. Ясно видно, что графики эти связанные. Только вопрос что первично: курица или яйцо?
Ведь логично и то, что проскальзывание гт включается в тот самый момент, когда машинке тяжелее всего. И вот это "тяжелее всего" и может быть триггером для разблокировки соленоида и начала вращения турбинного и насосного колес с разными скоростями.
И мне недостаточно этого, чтобы сделать вывод, что CVT Torque Ratio - именно отношение моментов гт.

PS. Отношения крутящего момента именно вариатора (ремненной передачи) в нагруженном состоянии по идее равны 1/CVT Real Speed Ratio, как для обычного редуктора. Поправьте, если не прав. Здесь CVT Torque Ratio совсем не совпадает с рассчетным значением. Вообще никак.

С гт - сложнее. Там нет прямо пропорциональной связи, как в обычном редукторе.

@v888v, еще вопрос. А как вы делаете несколько графиков на одном рисунке с разными осями Y? У меня эксель предлагает только на одном две кривые строить. Но тогда все значения надо нормировать.

С гт - сложнее. Там нет прямо пропорциональной связи, как в обычном редукторе.
ГТ - усилитель крутящего момента.

Там нет никакого редуктора, и разумеется мы не можем говорить об отношении крутящих моментов. CVT Torque Ratio - не отношение моментов гт.
CVT Torque Ratio - демонстрирует усиление крутящего момента (от 1.9 до 1)

На этой картинке, вроде видно что ГТ усиливает максимально в точке трогания (по скорости). Затем усиление снижается, и постепенно начинает меняться передаточное отношение вариатора. То есть CVT Torque Ratio - снижается, и чуть позже CVT Real Speed Ratio - меняется, причем уменьшается при наборе скорости.
На другой картинке - снижение скорости и там уже по другому.

Примитивно - в паинте. Только для наглядности, но и рассматриваю маленькие участки, секунды, растягиваю по Х, чтобы погрешность уменьшить.

День добрый, может кто просветит, горит загорелся чек абс 4wd, ну вся гирлянда как при выходе из строя датчика абс. Решил я найти какой из них неисправен, поставил это приложение. И вот что у меня выскочило. Как такое может быть? Не смотрите на расхождение передних колес, это я буксанул на снегу.

Погодите. Это наверно минимум и максимум зафиксировал Торк? Шкала то правильная там

ТО есть задние назад крутят с постоянной 2.6, а передние вперед
